The authenticity of our recipies comes directly from our Italian ancestry and from the small town of Monte San Giovanni, where my parents and three of my brothers were born. Destiny brought them to New York in 1965 where my sister and I were born soon thereafter.

The Cinelli family name is rooted and passed on from generation by virtue of pride. Just as destiny brought my parents to New York, the desire to share our rich traditions of Italian cooking with you has brought my brothers Peter (Cinelli's of Cary, NC), Gianni (Cinelli's of Raleigh, NC) and myself to North Carolina. My brother Joseph, owns and operates our original restaurant (Cinelli's of New York).
